I have a hunch it’s actually on hydros. Not too long ago I found an interesting Instagram account that had some old Lowrider magazine Japan scans. The most memorable car in them was R32 Skyline with wire wheels and landau top

Oh yeah, it was him! Somehow I remembered it was another guy from Japan who also posted a lot about his white Accord coupe but I seem to have mixed up those two.
